Jordan Noy has been missing since he left the KARE Juvenile Residential Facility on the evening of Wednesday, Dec. 13, authorities said.
Noy is 5'4" and weighs 131 lbs., Kearny police said. He was last seen at 10:07 p.m., wearing a blue and white varsity jacket, a black hooded sweatshirt, black shoes, a black backpack and glasses, police said. He has brown hair and brown eyes, police said.
Noy could be in Stafford, Va. or in Chinatown in Manhattan, police said. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police at 201-998-1313 or tips@kearnynjpd.org.
